    The buyer pays a 10% down payment within two weeks, and the money is put into the developer's lawyer's bank trust account for safekeeping.

    The developer's lawyer will inform you that the contract exchange was successful.

    Property acceptance

    • The house has passed the government acceptance, and the developer holds legal documents, such as: occupation certificate, house ownership certificate.
    • The developer's lawyer will inform the buyer's lawyer that the house was completed.

    Real estate settlement

    • The buyer’s lawyer issues a successful payment notice
    • Buyer pays final payment

    Complete the procedure

    The developer arranges to collect keys and property handover manuals.
