The founder, Sophie Huang, was an international student in the 1990s, studying abroad in Australia. She is well aware of the challenges of international students and new immigrants. She also understands the importance of communication skills and extensive resources. Since the establishment of the company in 2001, it has provided customers with professional, tailored and customised services, established strong cooperative relationships with Australian schools and official institution. AusAsia has provided overseas customers with authentic, reliable and high-quality docking resources.

Founder Sophie Huang’s story

I grew up in a beautiful mountain town in Taiwan, the small town of Hualien, where my simple and down-to-earth outlook on life was nurtured.
When I was young, I left my hometown and moved to Taipei to work, gradually establishing my profession in the real estate industry.
In 1995, I put aside my 8 years of real estate sales experience in Taipei and finally made up my mind to step out of my comfort zone, pursue my dream of studying abroad, and set foot on this unfamiliar land of Australia. While studying abroad, I volunteered to help my classmates apply for transfers and visas, which unexpectedly kickstarted my education immigration career. In 2001, I founded AusAsia International. I then immigrated to Australia to start a family and continue to pursue my love for real estate.
While running AusAsia International, I often helped clients solve various problems encountered when hosting homestays and renting houses. This made me aware of the uneasiness and needs of new immigrants in the process of finding a new home. Therefore, I founded the ELITEVISTA Property, a buyer agency company, committed to providing customers with a full range of services, from market research, house purchase, as well as visa status conversion, tax-saving design, each step is customized for customers, depending on the customer's needs. We take our customers' needs as our own responsibility to better help them achieve their goals, not just to complete a transaction.
